Ebbe BaßandClaude Sonnet 5.5 f8b0584687 feat: add Django project scaffold, configuration and container 
Environment-variable configuration that fails fast, database-only health
check, JSON request logs with a request id, security headers with a strict
CSP, and a multi-stage non-root Docker image with compose file. Ticket 1.1.

Ebbe BaßandClaude Sonnet 5.5 24de5878ed Add BMAD planning artifacts: brief, PRD, architecture, UX, spec, tickets 
Includes the BMAD install config, the initiative ticket tree, the portal
context-resources scripts, and the .gitignore change that tracks BMAD files
(generated _bmad/render/ is ignored).

Ebbe BaßandClaude Sonnet 5.5 97b2a95062 fix bmad setup: create staging dirs without mode so _bmad is readable on Windows 
mkdir(mode=0o700) yields an owner-only ACL on Windows with Python 3.13+,
leaving _bmad unreadable after the rename. Use the default mode instead.
