ebbe.bassandClaude Sonnet 5.5 7458a2a815 feat: add live-test container for the directory adapter 
A test stage in the Dockerfile and an opt-in compose profile run the live
directory checks against the test OU inside the image, reading the LDAP_*
values from .env.

ebbe.bassandClaude Sonnet 5.5 96d3e77161 feat: add directory adapter 
LDAPS directory adapter with certificate verification, allow-listed reads and
writes, escaped filters, password verification and change, password policy
and account state, plus an in-memory fake. Adds the LDAP_* configuration,
python-ldap with its image libraries, the CA file mount and an opt-in live
test for the test OU.

Ebbe BaßandClaude Sonnet 5.5 f8b0584687 feat: add Django project scaffold, configuration and container 
Environment-variable configuration that fails fast, database-only health
check, JSON request logs with a request id, security headers with a strict
